I'm not receiving Everabyte emails

Missing verification emails or notifications: spam, delivery delay, account email address. The checks to run and when to contact support.

Everabyte transactional emails — verification emails, notifications — sometimes fail to reach your inbox. The most common causes are the spam folder, a delivery delay or a mistake in the address registered on your account.

In short

Check your spam folder, wait a few minutes, then confirm that the email address on your account is correct. Add the Everabyte sender to your contacts or safe senders; if the email still does not arrive, contact support.

Checks to run

  1. Spam or junk folder. Check your mail client’s spam folder; if the email is there, mark it as “not spam” so future ones reach your inbox.
  2. Wait a few minutes. Delivery can take time: wait a few minutes before requesting a new email.
  3. Allow the sender. Add the Everabyte sending address or domain to your contacts or your mail client’s safe-sender list, to prevent future blocking.
  4. Check the account email address. Confirm that the email address registered on your account is correct — a single typo is enough to receive nothing.
  5. Request the email again. If the interface offers a button to resend the email, use it once these checks are done.

Tip — If you use a corporate mailbox, ask your IT administrator to allow the Everabyte sender: company filters sometimes block transactional emails.

If the email still does not arrive

Contact support at [email protected] or via the Contact page — see also Contacting support. Mention the type of email you expected (verification, notification) and the address concerned.

Common issues

The verification email is not arriving. What should I do?

Run the checks above (spam, delay, account address), then request a new email if the interface offers it; otherwise, contact support.
