Changing your plan

Upgrade or downgrade your Everabyte plan: new capacities after an upgrade, mid-period billing terms, and moving to EverBlaze Ultra.

Your needs evolve, and you can change your plan to follow them: move to a higher plan when you need more capacity, or to a lower plan when you need less. The capacities of every plan are described in the plans overview.

In short

Upgrades and downgrades are possible. After an upgrade, your capacities — storage, number of users, number of devices, and maximum upload size per file — match the new plan.

Upgrading

After an upgrade, your account gets the new plan’s capacities:

  • the included storage increases;
  • the number of allowed users increases;
  • the number of connected devices increases;
  • the maximum upload size per file increases.

Downgrading

Downgrades are possible. Before moving down, check that your current usage stays within the new plan’s limits (storage, users, devices). No partial or pro-rated refunds are given for downgrades or unused time, except where the law requires it: see our Terms and Conditions.

Mid-period billing

The exact billing terms of a plan change during the current period depend on your subscription; if in doubt, contact support before changing.

Note — For any question about the billing of a mid-period plan change, contact support at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) before confirming the change.

EverBlaze Ultra (enterprises)

EverBlaze Ultra is a standard EverBlaze plan with a public price: see the Pricing page for the current price in your currency. The enterprise offer is presented in the EverBlaze overview.

Common issues

Is a plan change effective immediately?

Once the change is applied, your account uses the new plan’s capacities (storage, users, devices, maximum size per file). For questions about timing, contact support.

Will I be refunded if I downgrade?

No partial or pro-rated refunds are given for downgrades or unused time, except where the law requires it: see our Terms and Conditions.
