Partner Pricing

Everabyte Partner pricing is a dedicated commercial grid based on committed storage capacity. It is separate from Everabyte’s standard plan pricing and standard annual billing discount.

In short

The Partner agreement runs on a minimum 12-month contract with a minimum of 25 TB committed storage. Committed capacity is one pool shared across your entire customer base — you never buy a separate commitment per customer. Discounts are recurring Partner rates by tier, not first-year promotions.

One storage pool for all your customers

Your committed Partner storage capacity can be allocated across your entire customer base. Example:

• Partner commitment: 25 TB
• Customer A: 5 TB
• Customer B: 8 TB
• Customer C: 3 TB
• Customer D: 2 TB
• Remaining capacity: 7 TB

No customer needs its own 25 TB commitment — the Partner commitment covers all of them.

Discounts are recurring, not first-year

Partner discounts are recurring commercial rates and are not limited to the first year. Your applicable Partner discount continues at each annual renewal as long as you maintain the corresponding committed storage tier.

Example: a Partner at 100 TB receives 20%. At renewal year 2 with 100 TB, the rate stays 20%. At renewal year 3 with 100 TB, it stays 20%.

Tier changes

If you increase your commitment — 100 TB → 200 TB → 500 TB — your account can become eligible for the corresponding discount (20% → 25% → 30%) according to the terms of your Partner agreement, at capacity increase or at renewal.

If you reduce your commitment at renewal, pricing is recalculated according to the new tier.

Partner Pricing is its own grid

Partner Pricing is its own commercial policy. It is not automatically combined with Everabyte’s standard 15% annual billing discount; that standard discount is a separate offer, and additional annual conditions, when they exist, are negotiated separately.

What is included and what is optional

Included with the Partner agreement: the Partner environment, full White Label, customer management, Everabyte storage infrastructure, API access and 1 Gbps standard network capacity.

Optional paid services:

• Dedicated Compute — see Dedicated Compute;
• Enhanced network capacity, 2–100 Gbps on request;
• CDN, enabled across the Partner environment;
• Custom development, scoped and quoted separately.

Network capacity vs transfer allowance

These are three different things:

• Storage capacity — how much data you store.
• Monthly data transfer / output — how much data can leave the service according to the applicable offer.
• Network capacity — how fast data can move and how many concurrent transfers your environment supports.

Example: 25 TB storage + 25 TB monthly output + 1 Gbps network capacity. Buying a 25 Gbps network upgrade does not turn a 25 TB monthly output into 100 TB.

Higher network capacity increases peak transfer performance and concurrent throughput. It does not automatically increase your monthly transfer allowance.

Partner CDN

Partner CDN is an optional paid service and is billed separately according to the applicable CDN pricing and usage model. When a Partner activates CDN, it is enabled across the Partner environment and benefits all customers managed under that Partner environment — there is no per-customer activation.

Architecture: Everabyte → Partner CDN enabled → all Partner customers.

Custom development

Partners can request custom functionality: CRM and billing integrations, automated provisioning, custom dashboards and reporting, API workflows, SSO, custom authentication, administration features, automation and specialized storage workflows.

Custom development is scoped and quoted separately. Development, implementation and ongoing maintenance fees may apply depending on complexity.

Common issues

What is the minimum Everabyte Partner commitment?

25 TB committed storage and a minimum 12-month agreement.

How do Partner discounts work?

15% from 25–99 TB, 20% from 100–199 TB, 25% from 200–499 TB and 30% from 500 TB+ of committed storage.

Does the Partner discount expire after the first year?

No, if the corresponding storage commitment is maintained. Discounts continue at each annual renewal.

Is there a customer limit?

No fixed customer account limit. Infrastructure scales with your customer base; additional resources are charged separately.

What network capacity is included?

1 Gbps standard network capacity is included.

Can network capacity be increased?

Yes, from 2 Gbps to 100 Gbps on request, depending on deployment requirements.

Does more network capacity increase monthly transfer allowance?

No. Network capacity improves peak transfer performance and concurrent throughput; the monthly transfer allowance is a separate quota.

Is Dedicated Compute included?

No. It is an optional paid infrastructure service.

Is Partner CDN included?

No. It is an optional paid service, billed separately.

Who receives CDN when a Partner activates it?

The CDN applies across the Partner environment and benefits all customers under that Partner.

Can Everabyte develop custom Partner features?

Yes, subject to feasibility and separate quotation.

Can I combine Partner discounts with the standard annual discount?

No. Partner Pricing is its own commercial grid and is not automatically combined with Everabyte’s standard annual billing discount.
