Our three refusals

Our privacy policy says it in one sentence: “We do not sell your data, do not share it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models.” The wording matters: it covers your data as a whole, not just the content of your files.

• Selling data: no.
• Advertising sharing: no.
• Training AI models: no.

What about commercial profiling?

Not that either. Your data is not used to build a marketing profile, target ads, or enrich commercial segments.

What we do process, and why

Data processing is limited to what the service requires: account and billing data, technical metadata, file events at metadata level, and security data. The detail is in our article on the data we see. And the content of your files stays unreadable to us: zero-knowledge encryption applies to everything, AI included.

Does this also cover metadata?

Yes: neither the content nor the metadata is used to train AI models.

Do you use third-party analytics tools?

Google Analytics is one of our subprocessors, only with your consent.
