Uptime SLA — scope
The 99.99% target is a contractual service level for paid services marked "with SLA", measured at the platform edge under our Terms of Service. It is not extended to a Managed Private Environment, enhanced network capacity or custom services unless agreed in your order form.

Pricing is progressive. Each portion of CDN traffic is billed at the rate of its corresponding volume tier — reaching a higher tier never changes the price of traffic already used in lower tiers.

For CDN billing, 1 TB equals 1,000 GB (decimal convention). CDN traffic refers to outbound data

Example — 600 TB delivered: the first 500 TB are billed at tier 1 (500 TB × $8 = $4,000), the next 100 TB at tier 2 (100 TB × $6 = $600) — total: $4,600.
