Zero-knowledge encryption

Your files are encrypted on your device, with a key Everabyte does not hold. We therefore cannot read their content — and cannot recover them if you lose your key. That is the zero-knowledge principle, explained in our dedicated article.

What we do not do with your data

A UK-based company

Everabyte Limited (no. 16338558) is registered in London and with the UK ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) under registration ZC209141. Account, support and log data stays in the UK regardless of the storage region of your files.

Named subprocessors, with notice

We publish the list of our subprocessors: Stripe, NowPayments, IONOS UK, Mailgun (EU), Lenochat and Google Analytics (with your consent). Business customers receive 30 days’ notice before a new provider is added.
