No. Your files are encrypted on your device with keys that Everabyte never holds, so we have no technical way to read them. This zero-knowledge design applies across our storage platform, including white-label deployments.

Without your key, your files cannot be decrypted or recovered — including by Everabyte. This is the trade-off of true zero-knowledge privacy, so keep your encryption key backed up in a safe place.

Your files are stored in the region selected for your account — London by default for individuals. Everabyte offers 12 storage regions across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.

Everabyte prices are displayed in US dollars by default, and the website automatically shows EUR, GBP, CHF, or CAD pricing based on your region, so you can review plans in your local currency before subscribing.

White Label customizes Everabyte for your own organization — your branding, domain, users and configuration. Everabyte Partner lets you manage your own customers and build a commercial service on Everabyte infrastructure. White Label capabilities are included with the Partner Program.

Everabyte Partner is one program for businesses that want to manage their own customers and build or resell cloud services on Everabyte infrastructure. Partners control their customer relationships, packages and retail pricing.

Everabyte Partner starts with 25 TB of committed storage capacity and a minimum 12-month agreement. Your committed capacity can be shared across your entire customer base — you do not need 25 TB per customer.

Partner pricing is based on committed storage: 15% from 25–99 TB, 20% from 100–199 TB, 25% from 200–499 TB and 30% from 500 TB. The applicable discount continues at annual renewal as long as you maintain the corresponding committed storage tier.

There is no fixed customer account limit. Your Partner environment can scale as your customer base, storage usage and infrastructure requirements grow. Additional infrastructure resources may be billed separately when required.

Yes. Partners can request custom integrations, workflows and platform functionality. Custom development is evaluated individually and scoped and quoted separately. Development, implementation and ongoing maintenance fees may apply.

Every Partner environment includes 1 Gbps standard network capacity. Optional paid infrastructure includes Dedicated Compute for greater application performance and isolation, enhanced network capacity from 2 Gbps to 100 Gbps, and Partner CDN. When Partner CDN is activated, it applies across the Partner environment and benefits all customers managed under it. Higher network capacity does not automatically increase your storage or monthly transfer allowance.

Yes. The Partner Program gives you the rights and tools to resell Everabyte-based cloud storage services to your own customers and to define your own retail pricing.

Yes. Partner discounts are recurring commercial rates, not first-year promotions. Your applicable discount continues at each annual renewal as long as you maintain the corresponding committed storage tier — for example, a Partner at 100 TB keeps the 20% rate at renewal.

When your committed capacity reaches a higher tier (100 TB → 200 TB → 500 TB), your account can become eligible for the corresponding Partner discount (20% → 25% → 30%) according to the terms of your Partner agreement, at capacity increase or at renewal.

Partner pricing is based on committed capacity. If your commitment moves to a lower tier at renewal, your pricing is adjusted to the corresponding tier.

Yes. Partners control their retail pricing, packages and commercial offers. Everabyte Partner pricing applies to the infrastructure layer you build on.

Yes. The Partner environment is designed for it: create customer Companies, manage Individual users, allocate storage and centralize management from one place.

Yes, as the storage and platform infrastructure behind your backup service. Everabyte integrates with compatible backup workflows through APIs; check with our team for your specific use case.

Yes. Full White Label is included with the Everabyte Partner agreement — your logo, colors, domain, portal and support identity, with no separate branding fee.

Not automatically. White Label alone is intended primarily for organizations customizing Everabyte for their own use. Reselling and managing external customers requires Everabyte Partner.

Yes. Full White Label is included with the Partner Program: partners can use their own domain, logo, colors, customer portal and support identity. White Label alone also includes these capabilities for organizations using Everabyte for their own needs.

Yes. SSO, custom dashboards, internal integrations, automation and organization-specific functionality can be requested. Each request is evaluated individually based on technical feasibility, security, scope and long-term maintainability. Custom development is not free of charge: development, implementation and ongoing maintenance fees may apply.

Yes, as an optional paid infrastructure service. Dedicated Compute provides dedicated CPU and RAM resources for greater application performance and workload isolation within Everabyte infrastructure. It is not a bare-metal recovery or disaster recovery feature.

1 Gbps standard network capacity is included. Enhanced network capacity from 2 Gbps to 100 Gbps is available on request as a paid option, depending on architecture, region, workload and infrastructure availability.

No. Higher network capacity improves peak transfer performance and concurrent throughput. It does not automatically increase your storage or your monthly data transfer allowance, which are separate quotas.

Partner CDN is an optional paid service, billed separately according to the applicable CDN pricing and usage model. When a Partner activates it, CDN is enabled across the Partner environment and benefits all customers managed under that Partner — there is no per-customer activation.

Yes. You can upload your existing files at any time — in bulk through the web app or with compatible tools. For large migrations, our team can help you plan the move.

Yes. Your files remain downloadable at any time, and you can request an export of your personal data under UK GDPR. No lock-in: leaving is as simple as moving your files.
