Everabyte White Label lets an organization customize and extend its Everabyte environment around its own brand, users and business requirements. It is designed for organizations that use Everabyte for their own needs and want the environment to feel like theirs — not only in appearance, but in how it fits their workflows.

In short

White Label goes well beyond changing a logo. A White Label environment can carry your branding, run on your domain, and be adapted to your organization’s requirements. It is available on the EverBlaze Ultra plan and is arranged with the Everabyte team — there is no self-service activation.

What a White Label environment can include

• Custom logo and colors;
• Custom domain used to access the service;
• Custom support identity;
• Branded environment and organization-specific configuration;
• Optional Dedicated Compute;
• Optional enhanced network capacity;
• Custom integrations, workflows and functionality on request.

It is more than branding

White Label organizations can request functionality that adapts Everabyte to their business:

• SSO integrations;
• Custom authentication;
• Custom dashboards;
• Custom workflows;
• Integrations with internal business systems;
• Automation and API integrations;
• Specialized administration;
• Organization-specific functionality.

Custom functionality and integrations are evaluated individually based on technical feasibility, security requirements, development scope and long-term maintainability.

Custom development is not included free of charge. Development, implementation and ongoing maintenance fees may apply.

Mainly for internal use

A White Label company uses Everabyte primarily for its own people and its own business:

• Its employees and teams;
• Its own data;
• Its own applications;
• Its own business requirements.

Example: Company ABC → Everabyte White Label → cloud.companyabc.com, Company ABC branding, Company ABC employees.

White Label does not automatically include:

• Reseller rights;
• Partner pricing;
• Partner customer management;
• External customer provisioning;
• A Partner storage pool.

Availability and activation

White Label is included at no extra cost on the EverBlaze Ultra plan. Depending on the plan, it may be offered differently: check the Pricing page for the exact configuration of each plan, or ask the sales team.

Activation is arranged with the Everabyte team: contact sales via the Contact page or at [email protected]. The team will tell you the steps for your plan; there is no self-service activation flow.

Data privacy

Everabyte’s zero-knowledge design applies across the storage platform, including white-label deployments: your data stays encrypted and Everabyte cannot read it. To learn more, see Zero-knowledge explained and How we protect files.

Common issues

Is White Label only branding?

No. Branding (logo, colors, domain, support identity) is the visible part, but a White Label environment can also be configured around your organization’s requirements, with optional Dedicated Compute, enhanced network capacity and custom integrations on request.

Can White Label customers request custom features?

Yes. SSO, custom dashboards, internal integrations, automation and organization-specific functionality can be requested. Each request is evaluated individually based on feasibility, security, scope and maintainability.

Is custom development free?

No. Custom development is scoped and quoted separately; development, implementation and ongoing maintenance fees may apply depending on complexity.

Can White Label customers resell Everabyte?

Not through White Label alone. Reselling and managing external customers requires the Everabyte Partner Program. White Label capabilities are included with Partner.

Is white-label included in every EverBlaze plan?

It is included at no extra cost on the Ultra plan. For other plans, check the Pricing page or contact sales.

Does encryption also apply to white-label deployments?

Yes. The zero-knowledge design applies across the storage platform, including white-label deployments.
